Use Dropshark only for files you are authorized to share. Do not upload malware, illegal content, or material that violates the rights of others.

Secure links, password protection, expiration, and download limits reduce risk, but they do not replace user judgment or legal compliance. Operators are responsible for configuring storage, retention, backups, monitoring, and abuse response.

This MVP is provided as deployable starter software and should be reviewed before use in regulated or high-risk environments.
